The city of Nieuwpoort (it is translated as «the new harbor») is located on the coast of the North Sea in the province the Western Flanders in northern part of Belgium. The old city is in 3 kilometers from the coast, and all coastal part is built up with resort houses. In the commune Nieuwpoort besides old city of Nyivport enter also the village of Ramskapelle and Sint-Joris.
