The webcam shows the view from a mast Atomium in Brussels.
Atomium — a symbol and the main sight of Brussels, it was constructed to the World Fair of 1958 by the architect André Vaterqueyn and symbolizes an atomic age. It represents 9 atoms united by a cubic lattice. Height of a design makes 102 meters, and the weight of 2400 tons. Diameter of each atom makes 18 meters, six of ten spheres are open for tourists. Atoms are connected by trumpets 23 meters long, in them there are escalators. On the highest atom (sphere) there are an observation deck and restaurant from where the tremendous view of Brussels opens. On most the top sphere is possible to rise on the elevator.
