Brandenburg Gate is the architectural monument and one of the main sights in the city centre of Berlin in The Mitte District. It is a symbol of Berlin, a symbol of all Germany and all German people in general. Brandenburg Gate are built in 1788 — 1791 in neogothic style, in those time they were called «World gate» and it were a part of a wall passing around the historic center of Berlin. Today saved only Brandenburg Gate and it is an entrance on Unter den Linden avenue. From them is located Reichstag building and other well-known sights of Berlin in walking distance.
