Oberbaum Bridge is built in neogothic style and connects two district of Berlin — Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain. Present bridge was built in 1894 — 1896 on the place of the old wooden bridge. The bridge has two towers 34 meters high and on the ideas of the architect represent gate to Berlin. The bridge is two-level, on the lower level pass the highway, and on the second level pass railway of the subway. Today Oberbaum Bridge is one of sights of Berlin and on beauty doesn’t concede to the Venetian bridges.
