The city of Veszprem is one of the most ancient cities of Hungary, it is located on both coast Sed river in 110 kilometers to the southwest from Budapest. Through Veszprem passes railroad Sekeshfekhervar — Veszprem — Szombathely. In the city there are a lot of sights, and almost all they located on Castle Hill in an ancient and old part of Veszprem. To the number ancient and old showplace applies Gizella Chapel, Fire Tower, built in the XV century, the Episcopal Palace located in the center of the Old city at Saint Trinity Square, the Saint Michael Cathedral, built in the Romanesque style in 1001, Former PIarist Monastery, and many other sights.
