The Crimean bridge is an automobile and railway bridge across the Kerch Strait that connects the Kerch Peninsula in the eastern part of the Crimea with the Taman Peninsula in the Krasnodar Territory. It consists of two separate bridges: automobile, with a length of 16 857 m, and a railway line, 18 118 m. The length of the main span of the bridge is 227 m, and the maximum height is 80 m. A-290 Kerch-Novorossiysk, on the territory of Crimea to the bridge adjoins highway «Tavrida» R-260 (Kerch-Simferopol-Sevastopol). The Crimean bridge will greatly simplify the trip to the Crimea and increase the tourist flow to the peninsula.
