Live Stream Dobo Square, Eger

The Dobo Square is the main square of the city of Eger, which is the county seat of Heves in northeastern Hungary. The city is named after the Hungarian military Istvan Dobo, who distinguished himself during the defense of the Eger fortress from the Turks in 1552. The Dobo Square is located in the center of the old city of Eger and is surrounded by old historical buildings, the main of which is the Church of Anthony of Padua, built in 1771 in the Baroque style. On the square there is a flat fountain and a monument in honor of Istvan Dobo, which is a sculpture of the famous Hungarian soldier with a sword, standing on a pedestal surrounded by residents.
