Jinzun (Chinese: 台東金樽) is a small village located on the southeast coast of Taiwan, about 33 kilometers north of Taitung City in Taitung County, Republic of China (Taiwan). The village is well known for its more than 3-kilometer-long dark pebble beach, picturesque scenery, rolling hills, rocky coastline, and coral reefs. Water sports such as surfing, windsurfing, sailing, and yachting are especially popular here. Jinzun is considered one of the best surfing destinations in Taiwan and hosts a prestigious annual surfing competition that attracts participants from around the world.
