Kaanapali Beach is one of the most famous and beautiful beaches in the state of Hawaii, located in the same name resort town on the northwestern coast of Maui. Kaanapali beach is covered with soft golden sand and is one of the longest beaches on the island, its length is more than 5 km. On the northern part is Black Rock, popular with snorkeling and diving enthusiasts. From December to May you can watch whales jumping out of the water near the beach. In winter, high waves often rise here, attracting many surfers and windsurfers.
