The National Elk Refuge is located in the Jackson Hole Valley in northwestern Wyoming, 3 km north of the town of Jackson. It was established in 1912 to protect the habitat of the largest moose on Earth, its area is about 100 km². About 7,500 moose migrate here every winter. Also on the territory of the National Elk Refuge you can see bighorn sheep, mule deer, wolves, grizzlies and many other animals and birds. Not far from here are Grand Teton and Yellowstone national parks. Thanks to this webcam, you can see the Jackson Hole valley and the Teton mountain range in the Grand Teton National Park.
