Ala Moana Regional Park is a beautiful public park with an area of 0.40 km2, located in the Kaka’ako district of Honolulu between Downtown Honolulu and Waikiki. There are tennis courts, children’s playgrounds, restaurants of Hawaiian cuisine, bicycle rental, a promenade with bike paths and a sandy beach Ala Moana Beach with 800 meters long. The beach is protected from strong waves by a reef and has all the beach facilities: beach umbrellas, deck chairs, changing cabins, showers, and etc.
