The Teton Range is located in northwestern Wyoming, USA, and is part of the Rocky Mountains, one of North America’s most extensive mountain systems stretching approximately 4,830 kilometers (3,000 miles) from British Columbia, Canada, to New Mexico, USA. This dramatic alpine range is renowned for its sharp granite peaks, pristine wilderness, and breathtaking scenery.

The tallest and most iconic peak is Grand Teton, rising to 4,197 meters (13,776 feet) above sea level. Other notable summits include Mount Owen at 3,940 meters (12,927 feet) and Mount Moran, which reaches 3,842 meters (12,605 feet). These towering mountains create one of the most photographed landscapes in the American West.

The Teton Range forms the heart of Grand Teton National Park, a protected area famous for hiking, wildlife, and alpine vistas. Its slopes are home to world-class ski destinations such as Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and Grand Targhee Resort. To the east lies the scenic Jackson Hole Valley, while Yellowstone National Park borders the range to the north.
