Admiralteyskaya Street is one of the city’s major central thoroughfares, running through the Kirovsky District from north to south, between Kuibysheva Street and Privolzhsky Zaton Embankment. In the north, it passes under the E40 (A340) highway bridge and crosses the Kutum River via a bridge before continuing past Oktyabrskaya Square and Lenin Square. Several important streets connect to it, including Kozhanova Street, Krasnaya Embankment, Academician Korolev Street, Sovetskoy Militsii Street, and Bulvarny Lane. The webcam is installed at building No. 4 on Admiralteyskaya Street and provides a view of Admiralteyskaya Street itself, the Privolzhsky Zaton Embankment, and Swan Lake.
