ALIA Residential District Live Webcam, Moscow
This live webcam streams the construction progress of the ALIA Residential District in Moscow.
ALIA is a large-scale business-class residential complex developed by Asterus in the Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo District of northwest Moscow, spanning approximately 65 hectares. Located at 95B Letnaya Street, it’s just a short walk from the Moscow River and the Otkritie Arena Stadium. Nearby are the Spartak and Tushinskaya metro stations, as well as the Tushinskaya MCD-2 station, with the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) about 3 km away via Volokolamskoye Highway.
The district will feature around 20 residential buildings ranging from 2 to 42 stories, offering over 210 layout options, including apartments, penthouses, city units, townhouses, and terrace apartments, with sizes from 22.4 to 169.5 m². The project includes three schools, four kindergartens, a clinic, and retail and service facilities. A street retail area of about 8,000 m² will house shops, pharmacies, dining options, and a fitness center.
Designed by the international architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), ALIA follows the “15-minute city” concept, integrating residential, business, and public amenities. The landscaping plan features a boulevard, a 300 m² amphitheater with a café pavilion, relaxation zones, art installations, running and cycling paths, and greenery, including approximately 250 trees, flowerbeds, and shrubs.
