"RESPECT" Residential Complex Live Webcam, Saint Petersburg

“RESPECT” is a modern comfort-class residential quarter under construction on Polyustrovsky Prospekt in the Kalininsky District of Saint Petersburg. The project is being developed by the PSK Group and consists of 12 buildings ranging from 7 to 13 stories. The Lesnaya metro station is just a 10-minute walk away, and the Petrogradskaya Side can be reached in about 5 minutes by car, providing convenient access to the city center. The complex features a secured, gated area that ensures residents’ privacy and safety.

The building facades are finished with clinker brick, giving the complex a stylish and contemporary appearance. The project follows a “car-free courtyard” concept, with underground parking garages equipped with elevators for maximum convenience. The landscape design emphasizes greenery and comfort, including scenic walking areas, interactive installations, children’s playgrounds, and sports and recreation zones. “RESPECT” Residential Complex offers apartments ranging from 22.7 to 98.9 square meters (244–1,065 sq ft) with various layouts — from compact studios to spacious three-bedroom apartments. Ceiling heights reach 2.7 meters (8.9 ft), and the enlarged windows provide excellent natural lighting. Apartments are delivered with either white-box or turnkey finishes in two design palettes — light and dark. Many layouts include balconies, glazed loggias, storage niches, walk-in closets, and master bedrooms. The completion of “RESPECT” Residential Complex is scheduled for phased delivery between Q1 and Q4 of 2026.
