Live webcam showcases a panoramic view of Moscow’s Danilovsky District from the Paveletskaya City Residential Complex, Russia.
Danilovsky District, located in Moscow’s Southern Administrative Okrug, is the only one of the okrug’s 16 districts situated on both banks of the Moscow River. With a population of approximately 105,000 and an area of 12.596 km², the district blends Stalin-era high-rises and 1980s panel buildings with modern brick homes from the 2000s and contemporary residential complexes. New construction in Danilovsky is progressing rapidly.
The webcam is positioned at the construction site of Paveletskaya City, a prominent business-class residential complex. It comprises 10 high-rise towers ranging from 9 to 46 stories, connected by a shared underground parking garage. The rooftop of the garage will feature a car-free courtyard with playgrounds, sports areas, green spaces, and relaxation zones.
Paveletskaya City offers a range of housing options, from studios to four-bedroom apartments, with sizes from 23.8 to 145.6 m² and prices starting at 15,484,667 rubles. Developed by MR Group, the complex is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2024, with some apartments already finished.
Through the webcam, you can observe the construction of Paveletskaya City against the backdrop of Danilovsky District’s panorama. Dubininskaya Street is visible in the lower left, while the Moscow Tovarnaya railway station is seen in the lower right.
