Rotunda on the Embankment Live Webcam, Velsk

The Rotunda on Naberezhnaya Street is a popular architectural landmark of Velsk, attracting both locals and tourists. Located in the central part of the city, it offers panoramic views of the Vaga River and the surrounding floodplain meadows.

Its construction was part of a large-scale improvement project for the embankment that began in 2018 with active participation from local residents. As part of this initiative, jogging and cycling paths were created, benches and decorative streetlights were installed, and the area was landscaped. Since then, the Rotunda has become a favorite spot for walks, photo sessions, and cultural events.
