Riviera Shopping Mall is a major retail and entertainment center in Biysk, located at 205/2 Sovetskaya Street. It opened on December 23, 2007, becoming the first shopping and entertainment complex in the city. The mall is situated on one of Biysk’s main thoroughfares—Sovetskaya Street—in a densely populated area with heavy traffic.
