Nosovikhinskoe Highway is a regional roadway that runs through the Balashikha Urban District in Moscow Oblast. It serves as one of the primary transport arteries in eastern Moscow Region, linking Balashikha and surrounding communities to Moscow. The route begins at the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) near the city of Reutov and extends eastward through areas such as Kuchino, Zheleznodorozhny, Chernoe, Kupavna, and onward to Likino-Dulevo. Spanning about 78 km, the highway largely runs parallel to the Gorky branch of the Moscow Railway.
