Dom Dau is a luxurious business-class residential skyscraper under construction near Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment in the Moscow City business district, within Moscow’s Presnensky District. Rising to 340 meters, it will be the tallest residential skyscraper in Russia. Located on 1st Krasnogvardeysky Proezd, Dom Dau is just steps from the Expocentre, 500 meters from the Moscow River embankment, and Krasnaya Presnya Park. Nearby metro stations include Vystavochnaya and Delovoy Tsentr, with Mezhdunarodnaya station a bit farther to the southwest.

The 87-story skyscraper features a four-level underground parking garage for over 200 vehicles and spacious lobbies on the ground floor. The first four floors are dedicated to commercial and public spaces. Two three-story podiums on either side of the tower will house a congress center, a hotel, a 1,500 m² children’s entertainment center, and a spa. The podium rooftops will feature a private courtyard with playgrounds, sports areas, relaxation zones, and a garden. Available residences include studios and one-, two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom apartments ranging from 43.8 to 226.1 m², with prices from 41.14 to 174.79 million rubles.

The surrounding area offers robust urban infrastructure: Kindergarten No. 2112 is a 7-minute walk away, Romanovskaya School is a 16-minute drive, and Afimoll City and Bagration shopping centers are 12 minutes by car. A bus stop, Metro Vystavochnaya, is right in front of the skyscraper, and the Third Transport Ring (TTK) is a 5-minute drive away. Developed by Summa Elementov, Dom Dau is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2027.5,5sБыстроеHow can Grok help?
