The Iceberg Shopping Center was a large retail and service complex in Astrakhan, located at 53d Pobedy Avenue. The three-story building covered an area of about 11,000 square meters. It opened in the late 2000s and functioned as a neighborhood shopping center. In June 2022, a major fire broke out in the building, forcing the center to shut down. As of 2025, the site is undergoing demolition.
The mall once housed a supermarket, clothing and footwear stores, electronics shops, mobile service providers, as well as service businesses such as a hair salon and a dry cleaner. In front of the building, there was parking for about 100 cars, with an additional 500 spaces available at the back. The center was easily accessible by public transportation, including buses, marshrutkas (shared taxis), and trolleybus route No. 1.
