Victory Square is the main square of Sosnovy Bor, located at the corner of Leningradskaya Street and Veterans Alley, directly opposite the main façade of the Administration of the Sosnovy Bor City District. It is the largest square in the city and serves as the central venue for public and community events. The square features a large parking area and a major shopping center. Nearby are the Sosnovy Bor City Museum, the scenic Primorsky Park, and the Gulf of Finland shoreline with the City Pier.

Sosnovy Bor is a small city in the southwestern part of the Leningrad Region of Russia, situated on the coast of the Koporye Bay of the Gulf of Finland, about 110 km west of downtown Saint Petersburg. The city is accessible via the 41A-007 highway (Saint Petersburg – Ruchyi) and the Kalishche railway station on the Saint Petersburg – Veymarn line.
