Syrenyevy Park is a modern comfort-class residential development located on Tagilskaya Street in the Metrogorodok district of Moscow’s Eastern Administrative Okrug. The project is designed as an entire neighborhood consisting of 15 buildings, with construction planned in four phases.
During the first phase, three 24-story towers and a heated underground parking garage with 191 spaces will be built. The buildings will be equipped with high-speed, low-noise elevators, while the landscaped grounds will feature courtyards with playgrounds, sports areas, kindergartens, and schools.
The apartments in Syrenyevy Park are spacious, bright, and designed with modern, functional layouts. Many include glazed loggias, offering extra living space. The complex is being built in one of Moscow’s most environmentally friendly districts—just 300 meters from Losiny Ostrov National Park.
