Kokhomskoye Highway is a street in the southern part of the central Leninsky district of Ivanovo. The highway connects Ivanovo with the nearby town of Kokhma, from which it takes its name. It is relatively short, stretching about 3 kilometers. The highway begins in the northwest at the intersection with Pavla Bolshevikova Street, continuing from Kukonkovykh Street, and runs southeast directly to Kokhma, where it becomes Ivanovskaya Street.
