Glory Park in Sukhumi is not only a green recreational area but also an important memorial complex dedicated to the memory of the victims and defenders of the Republic of Abkhazia who died during the Georgian-Abkhazian War of 1992–1993. Located in the city center between Pobedy Avenue, Konfederatov Street, Lakoba Street, and Aidgylara Street, the park is a place where residents and visitors can pay their respects and reflect on the tragic events of those years.

At the heart of the park stands a monument designed by the Abkhaz sculptor Amiran Adleiba. It features a large sword embedded in the ground, symbolizing the end of the war and the desire for peace.
