Pullman Maldives Maamutaa (commercially known as Pullman Maldives All-Inclusive Resort, Maamutaa Island) is a five-star all-inclusive luxury resort in the Republic of Maldives. The resort occupies Maamutaa Island, part of the Gaafu Alifu Atoll (North Huvadhoo), and is managed under the Pullman brand by Accor Hotels. Positioned as a luxury all-inclusive destination focused on active relaxation, Pullman Maldives Maamutaa offers both beachfront and overwater accommodations, including its signature Aqua Villas — multi-level villas featuring unique underwater bedrooms.
The island covers about 18 hectares in the southern Maldives, approximately 370 kilometers south of Malé. The standard transfer route includes a domestic flight from Velana International Airport (Malé) to Kooddoo Airport (Gaafu Alifu Atoll), followed by a 10–20 minute speedboat transfer to the resort. The total travel time is around 55–75 minutes, depending on weather and schedules.
The resort features 122 villas and suites, both beach and overwater, including family villas, pool villas, and multi-level water villas with underwater bedrooms. Facilities on the island include multiple restaurants and bars, two outdoor swimming pools, the Pullman Spa, a fitness center, a PADI-certified diving center, and a wide range of water sports, excursions, and organized activities typical of all-inclusive luxury resorts in the Maldives.
