Amirsoy Mountain Resort is the largest and most modern ski complex in Uzbekistan, offering high-quality conditions for winter recreation and sports. It is located on the northern slopes of Mount Maygashkan in the Tashkent Region, just 65 km from the capital. Traveling from Tashkent to Amirsoy typically takes about 1.5–2 hours by car. Many travelers choose to book transfers or day tours through local tourism agencies.
The resort covers an area of roughly 900 hectares, with ski runs reaching elevations of up to 2,494 meters above sea level. Amirsoy offers 10 ski slopes of varying difficulty, with a total length of around 15 kilometers and a vertical drop of up to 660 meters. The runs are designed for both skiers and snowboarders of all skill levels and are marked with special signage and color-coded indicators. The layout of the trails was developed by specialists from Spain and Canada.
