Princess Tower is a residential high-rise located in the Dubai Marina district in southwest Dubai, UAE, near the Cayan Tower and the Dubai Marina Promenade. Standing 414 meters tall, it is the second-tallest residential building in the world, the third-tallest building in Dubai after the Burj Khalifa and Marina 101, the 15th tallest in Asia, and the 21st tallest globally. The skyscraper features 101 above-ground floors and 6 basement levels, some of which include commercial spaces and retail galleries.
Construction of the tower took place from 2005 to 2012 and was carried out by the developer Tameer Holdings, part of the Tameer Group. Princess Tower contains 763 residential apartments, an underground parking facility with 957 spaces, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, a modern gym, a relaxation area, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an observation deck on the 97th floor.
This rotating webcam is installed at the top of Princess Tower and broadcasts a panoramic live view of Dubai. Through the camera, you can see Dubai Marina, the Palm Jumeirah artificial island, the iconic Burj Al Arab hotel, and Downtown Dubai with the Burj Khalifa rising on the horizon.
