It is surrounded by ancient churches and medieval buildings. In Piazza Silvestri, you can see the basilica of San Silvestro, built in the 12th century and well-preserved as an example of Romanesque architecture, as well as the 11th century Cathedral of San Michele Arcangelo, a symbol of Bevagna in Romanesque style.
