Live Webcam Olympic Park, Munich

The Olympic Park (German: Olympiapark) is an Olympic Park which was built for the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, the capital and largest city of Bavaria in southern Germany. After the end of the games, it became a modern sports complex and the place for athletes to train and for many national and international competitions and events.

The area of the park exceeds 85 hectares. Its territory is divided into four parts: the Olympic Zone with competition venues, the Olympic Village with residential complexes, the Olympic Press Center with shops, restaurants, and a Olympia Shopping Mall (German: Olympia-Einkaufszentrum), and the Olympic Park. The Olympic Zone also includes the multi-functional Olympic Stadium (Olympiastadion), located in the center of the Olympic Park.
