Reutlingen is a city in the state of Baden-Württemberg in southwestern Germany. It located at the foot of the Achalm Mountain, 16 km east of Tübingen, and 40 km south of Stuttgart, the capital and largest city of Baden-Württemberg. Reutlingen is home about 113 thousand inhabitants and has an area of 87 km². The first mention of the city dates back to the 4th century, and today it is one of the leading centers of the textile industry in the country.

Reutlingen’s main attractions include: The Church of the Virgin Mary, built in the Gothic style between the 13th and 14th centuries, the Church of St. Nicholas from the 14th century, Town Hall Reutlingen on the Market Square in the city center, and the 31 cm wide Spreuerhofstraße, which is the narrowest street in the world. The street was rebuilt in 1726 after a major fire in the city center. Spreuerhofstraße is listed in the Guinness World Records as the narrowest street in the world. The Market Square of Reutlingen is located in the heart of the city and is the venue for public events and festivities.
