Kellenhusen is a municipality and a popular resort in the district of Ostholstein, in the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein in Germany. It is located on the Baltic Sea coast in the north of the country, 87 km east of the city of Kiel and 60 km north of Lübeck. It has an area of about 8 km² with just over a thousand inhabitants.

Kellenhusen is known for its long white sandy beach, making it one of the most popular seaside resorts in Schleswig-Holstein. The beach is well equipped with umbrella and sun lounger rentals, showers and changing cabins. The long Kellenhusen Pier, which is one of the main attractions of the municipality, is located on the beach. This wooden pier has observation decks with telescopes and benches for relaxing. The pier offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and the coastline of Kellenhusen. A promenade with small cafes and restaurants stretches along the beach.
